Policy for paperback books and other physical products

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it.

Policy for digital product

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to initiate a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Refund of payment

In case of physical products, after we receive your item, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for us to issue a refund after we receive the product.

In case of digital products, we will process your refund when we receive your request, after which it may take 5 to 10 business days for the payment to return to your original mode of payment.
